Pain in the neck

Took it very easy at the gym. My neck is still sore from yesterday (but getting better). I used the recumbent bike instead of the upright bike. I am doing some neck exercises to speed along my recovery, I am also using the last little bit of THC Body Budder for pain. It really gets down into the muscle. Green Cross Rules!
